try changing the renderer rhi in the settings maybe. I honestly don't really know the only time i ever had a similar issue was with the Vemu mod for this game. But my normal tv still worked. Like i had the exact same issue of sound with no video when i used the vemu mod but i had to go into windows settings to give an application a different graphic drive setting or something.
