I did it 7 months ago, but havent recieve any response beside ticket creation (Ticket #318074).
Maybe my account was shadowbanned or smth because itch.io is blocked in my country and i have to use vpn to reach it. But i'm not spammer or anything like that.
There’s no shadowbanning on itch.io; when a game isn’t indexed, it doesn’t show up in searches for anyone, including the creator. I’ll let our admins know about your ticket.
