Saves will look like "5-2-LT1.save"
The first number of a save indicates their page number in game and the second number, the save slot itself. So 5-2-LT1.save would be the 5th page, and save slot #2.

Here's a fixed save for you, you should be able to progress that Lyriel quest. You might need to talk to Rae when she's at the pool in the morning for her to make breakfast.
Also, if Cait approaches you for her Chapter 14 quest, go with her. Telling her "Not Tonight" can cause a bug (that will be fixed in a future version).
