You can leave him in your own shack in Nogas. Audrey is in the Officials' Association Building, but you need to do the previous quest first to meet her. Mrs Lovell in Greyfold and the Robot in the labs can also be companions.

Yeah, I have already found them all except for Mrs. Lovell 😭 I can't seem to trigger her quest idek why. I tried all possible endings with Greyfold. Bombing Rusty's Gang, Bombing Walker, The Peace Treaty, and Bombing all of Greyfold but I can't find her 😭 And I meant for the dog not to be lonely in our shack 😭 But THANK YOU!
