Fun game, the tools are a downgrade in terms of XP. You can harvest more resources but XP gain is stagnant, XP gain should increase in my opinion based on the tier of resource. 
I dumbly didnt realize night-time was togglable until i reached lvl 30 in stats lol. 

Suggestions:

  • Maybe a way to fight the enemies / combat leveling. 
  • Or even separate entities that are another resource that need to be farmed and the invulnerable ones can remain protecting the higher tier resource nodes.


  • Charging swing is a little weak, good for first swing while farming at night but barely.
  • More noticeable speed upgrades on level increase (probably double current or close to it)

Overall it was a chill game, great job so far, keep at it!

    I'm definitely looking into rebalancing the tool upgrades to feel more like an upgrade, and like you pointed out also look into rebalancing the charged hits (they should currently be 50% faster than just holding LMB)

    I'll also make a note to make the furnace toggling mechanic a bit more visible, quite a few people have noted that it's easy to miss.

    There likely won't be any direct combat, but there will be various kinds of entities and events which might involve some sort of interactions to beat or escape from. I haven't had a lot of time to put into that yet but that will definitely become more interesting in the future!

    The resource protecting thing is a cool idea! Will make a note of that.
