Hi Pukasi, sorry for the late reply, not sure how this comment slipped by. The items spawn is randomized every time you start a new game. But is totally possible to get to items to spawn many times is the same place. What you describe on the game start is normal, the player may look fully equipped for a split second at the start. But that does not affect the items spawn. The keypad code is a bit hidden (not in the kitchen) but is conveniently labeled as "password", try interacting with every piece of furniture you can find.
