There is indeed so much to do with this concept. I killed a lot of ideas during the creation of the game XD I had to opt for more "basic" game options in order to avoid having too complex code. The “social status score” was a way to avoid managing complexity linked to managing different jobs for parents. I also thought about indicating where the person lives to give a clue about their social class of origin, but that was a little too subtle for the simple state of the game.

Ethnic origins were also considered. But with only 4 characters I would have quickly fallen into caricature.

I also dismissed the idea of queer characters. To illustrate the character's coming out, the game would have had a sudden increase in difficulty and the first name would have changed.

I also dream of a random version where we discover the character little by little depending on the difficulties :3

I don't think I'll update the game. Maybe once my coding skills increase I'll make a larger version. I'm considering making a version for Twitch where it's up to the spectators to interact. Create some kind of support to then discuss these topics in a documented way.
