im having the same issue. it says they have not claimed the bounty yet. i have played for 10 minutes spamming the factory thing and the result has not changes. the person in the My X Bounty but brings in ZERO money.
You need to contact the girl by pressing the second purple button in your home. It has a (!) when you have new message.
