Thank you for bringing all this to my attention! I've just uploaded a fixed version for this update now. I dunno how I managed to mess up the survey thing. My guess is I must've copied and pasted stuff in the wrong order between files when making the different versions.
Also aaaaaaaah typos. No matter how much I proofread or have someone else proofread, some always sneak through. Thank you for letting me know so I was able to fix them :D
