Hello, thank you for hosting this Jam! Will there be a listening session of all submissions at the end? If yes, how will that be held? Also, is there a Discord server?

Currently there aren't any plans for listening sessions at this point in time. That may change in the future though.
There is no Discord server specifically for this series of jams, as that's not something I'm currently interested in putting together. However, I am technically hosting this as a kind of extension for the Impressions Guild, which is branching out to all kinds of endeavors on Itch. You can find a link to that Discord server here at the bottom of the page.
