This is pretty great! Haven't finished the game but my main thought for improvement is, well, my personal preference would be for more specifically pregnancy-oriented description and such; I did quite enjoy that one where you mention the swelling bellies pressing together, just wish there was more like that basically, descriptions of the characters' pregnancies and their progression. That's definitely personal taste, though, so fair enough if it isn't to be included!
