I planned to make a server for my jams, starting from this year, but I don't have enough time to moderate properly and completely unmoderated servers wouldn't work very well...
At the moment, you can use either the jam community forum or try recruiting people through devtalk. I know it's not ideal but I really didn't want to risk having an almost completely unsupervised server.
