We're currently building out the stages so that it's more representative of the final game for early access. No date yet but we are certainly planning to release it on Steam :D.
I don't normally buy H games. But for Pure Onyx, I would definitely buy it at full price. (I just haven't bought it yet because it's not on Steam.)
