I made it to the "Conclusion", and initiated project lazarus, but didnt get a whole lot further than that.. What am I missing?

Im here from Red Pearls of Borneo, so I figured as much :D. I just dont know what I am missing to progress.. I have got almost all of the camera feeds, and all of the logs (i think).. Cant figure out how to unlock the locked docs..
