It's written in the introduction text in the game that the tiles can be placed back to stock and moved again to the mat. True that there's a loty of text on this screen, I should have been more visual.
As I said in the game's description, I had difficulties with collisions, this is why you could go through the station or trees. I'll solve this in a future version.
