(on mobile, havent tested pc) iirc that's accessible in the 0.1.7.3 build but not the 0.1.9.5 one, it seems a lot of the levels were remadebetween the two so the beach's probably included in that.
downgrading is possible but whether it keeps your data or not is iffy, ive found.
