(on mobile, havent tested pc) iirc that's accessible in the 0.1.7.3 build but not the 0.1.9.5 one, it seems a lot of the levels were remade between the two so the beach's probably included in that.
downgrading is possible but whether it keeps your data or not is iffy, ive found.
