Is this also available as a POD book?

Hi! The short answer is: no.
The long answer is that I may re-consider if enough people want a real book. My main problems are: a pod book is lots of work and costs you a lot of money, too. Plus: I want to wait a bit for errors popping up and maybe add some additional content from time to time.
So, if you read this and want a POD book, please comment below with a short note. If I see enough people wanting it, it may be a thing.
