Oh yes i had everything closed and on high performance mode but my laptop itself is sadly the problem :[ The lag mostly comes when i actually get inside the building, on the outside (with the Christmas tree) it was still laggy to me but not that much and i could still play, so i think you might need to optimize something in the actual game :D
