I've also noticed(previous release: 2.40 already) that the Scales of Lilith, were... nerfed?
The tooltip still sais "2% chance per plate".. yet, with 24 plates installed, i only get a 24% effect, instead of 48%! So thats 1% instead of 2!
So either the Tooltip needs an adjustment or... undo the nerf?
