I dropped this game cause too many times I was faced with dialogue options all of which were irritating - Having a douchebag character in the story is believable. Making the protagonist a douche could work well to show how the character develops and matures. But forcing the player to play such a character using a false choice of dialogue options is an awful experience for anyone, except people who actually talk like that and think that insulting others makes them like you or respect you or whatever.

At the beginning of the game, the main character's personality is indeed unpleasant, but as the game progresses, he gradually matures and becomes better. We have plans to improve the first act of the game to make it and the character's personality more accurate (the first act of the game is currently outdated, as it was written long ago by people who are no longer involved in the project).

I'll give it another shot when the game's released then
