When you enters the main door, the static sound is coming from right side of the room of the main door. there is a walkie talkie. If you interact story progress. and there a=is a basement near the kitchen area. if you open the door you will find a stair that will lead you besement there you will find brekar,.
I am sorry you struggle while playing because the direction was not clear . i will improve it and I have plans for extending the game.
