I enjoyed the story telling and it gave me 7 samurai vibes. I wondered if the Kitsune was going to play a larger role during the battle but it didn't appear again. The artwork was great though I really think the game would benefit greatly from music and sfx. I was curious whether the stat increases depended on dialogue choices or were automatic as the story progressed and whether the stats revealed additional dialogue options or played a role during battle. I enjoyed the different approaches but think it would be nice if the player had a say in how to come up with how they would defend the village. I took a more calm and steady approach and waited to see how scenes would unfold. Something I noticed was the scene of the dead villagers were already present before the battle had begun so it would be nice if that was delayed until after the first wave. All in all it was a cool experience and best of luck!

Hi, thanks for the input and yes, mostof these issues have already been patched out. I'm just waiting for the NDA 26 results to be declared and I'll update the VN. I was asked to not update the project before that. Yes, the VN will include SFX and stat based choice options. I am also devving Musha Shugyo as a 2d side scroller with Nioh/Sekiro-like combat and narrative choice based progression. Stick around if you like the concept.
