"Manifest" not indexed + quarantined

Hey! My project's page has existed for about 3 months now and when people go to download the game it tells them, "This page has been quarantined" and that it might not be safe to download which I fear is leading to people avoiding downloading my game when I have been promoting it over social media. This message popped up even when I had it open to being beta tested/closed testing with just a few freinds.

My game cannot be found when looking it up. What am I supposed to do about this? I've read the rules and I seem to be following everything accordingly.

This is my first published game using this platform, so this entire experience has been a roller coaster, and I was super excited to announce my game. It was about a 5-month (80% solo) project.

(I published on the 15th of may, 3 months after the page was made, idk if this has anything to do with it not being indexed)

Your game shows up as being published four days ago (which was right before the weekend). The FAQ, that the rules point at, explains that it can take a few days. Those are business days. Hope this helps.

Thank you!

9 days later, still not showing up on searches!
