So I'm not very familiar with FL Studio as a whole or the tools within the software, but based on the name alone I'm inclined to think that this falls under 'generative methodologies'.
With that being said, I'd prefer that you not use the output from this generator in your final submission. However, if you're using tools like this to learn or help come up with ideas in your harmony that you go on to play yourself for the final submission, that's fair game and totally fine to do.
