Hey, thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback!  

I was experimenting with the perspective from the original, which was a straight top down shooter, and I'm not sure the more 3/4 view works without a better targeting reticule.  I do have ideas to fix this, I just ran out of time.

Also, all the enemies are exactly the same, I didn't get a chance to implement different kinds like I did in the original.  Most likely what is happening is the explosions around the enemies are blocking your shots.  I wasn't sure if I should fix that or not (felt more realistic... maybe?) but I definitely need to better communicate what is happening there.
