This game looks amazing! O.O  and I want to play it so badly, but I'm currently running on Linux :( Is there a chance at all, you'd be able to compile a web build version so it can be played in the browser? :) This looks great though man from the screenshots!

Thank you very much for checking it. I don't think a web build will be possible since I am using unreal but I might be able to build a linux version. I never did one before but it worth checking. Also I don't know if this is allowed from the jam rules to add an extra build, I will ask around and if not I will try to update the project with a linux version after the end of the Jam.

That would be much appreciated thank you :) You're absolutely right though, I didn't consider that it may possibly go against the rules of the jam to submit another build. Absolutely no worries, but I'll certainly be keeping an eye out on future progress. Wishing you all the best with the game for jam my friend :)

There is now a Linux build. I don't know if it is going to work for you or not. At the moment I do not have a way to try if it works or not and it was my first Linux build with unreal. Unreal supposed to provide the Linux build out of the box but until I test it myself I cannot provide any support if you decided to test it. Buts its there. And of course no obligation at all to try it at all. :)

It works perfectly! :D thank you for taking the time to compile the Linux version.

Just a quick note for any other Linux users, in order to get it work, there was a file called MirrorsOfTheAncients.sh. I had to right-click this and mark it as "Executable as  a program". After that I was able to run from that directory with a terminal prompt by using the following command:

./MirrorsOfTheAncients.sh

This game is very well polished. The controls are super smooth, the background music and sound effects perfectly enhance the mood and overall game play experience. The graphics are amazing and I love the mirror puzzle mechanic, it reminds me of puzzles in games like Zelda :D excellent work on this game and I look forward to seeing a full release in the near future!

I am glad it worked for you. I am super excited and can't appreciate the time for testing. I hope its ok if I share your instructions for the Linux users to the main page. :)

My apologies for the delay coming back to you. Absolutely yeah, please do share the instructions however you wish. Hopefully more Linux users will get to see how great this game is too :D  take care man!
