Hey. Love this artwork. I just purchased it. It says, Pixel-perfect grid. But I notice the floor tiles are all rectangular. Some are like, 142x176? And others appear to be around 176x182, which is an odd size. To make a grid, I was expecting all of the tiles to be square. Is there a reason they're odd proportions? I'll try to resize them manually. Usually tilesets are multiples of 16x16 (32x32, 64x64, etc)

Hey Nibbly_Pig! Thank you so much for the purchase and the kind words! 😊
Great question! The tiles are intentionally designed with those proportions rather than standard square sizes. This allows them to preserve their quality and visual integrity when scaled up or down, since different assets may need different scaling depending on how they're used in your project.
I understand it might feel unexpected compared to traditional tilesets, but the idea is to give you more flexibility without losing quality at any resolution.

Thanks, I tried scaling and you're right - honestly it looks completely fine! Do you think there's enough to create a tiled floor, I was looking at the background image for your page, I guess you just mirrored and flipped the tile? It seems to work.
Have you considered by the way putting an image of a map made with all of your tiles combined, like many other people on itch do, so you can see what it looks like when lots of the tiles are combined together?
Hey! Glad to hear the scaling worked out! 😊
And yes, I've actually thought about it — I'll definitely try to include a combined map preview for upcoming packs, thank you so much for the suggestion, it's really helpful!
If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out through the email on my profile and I'll be happy to help. I hope your project turns out amazing! 🐸✨
Thanks. I tried building something with the tiles, but they have shadow on the bottom, which makes rotation look very strange:

If I crop the shadow out then rotation and placement is much better, but the result is not quite clean. I will try some other ways of cropping, perhaps a simple black line can be re-added to the bottom instead of fading but it does not really seem to tessellate so well without one:
