You did indeed have a ban with the reason "spam." I've removed it. Just to be safe, change your password and set up two-factor authentication.

Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it, that's weird maybe because I've blocked someone from the chat cuz they've sent a suspicious link I really don't know. I did the two-factor but I guess I have to change password, once again thank you for your help ❤️.
