At first, the game felt too slow and not really up my alley. After a while, however, it clicked, and by the end it felt worth the time spent.

Gameplay, though slow and simple, started to feel methodical and carried a purpose.

As soon as I understood what's going on, the game became unnerving (in a good sense), invoking uneasiness and tension—the kind of horror I find really good. I think it worked so well, because at first you can't really tell if it will actually go that route.

Music also worked well to enhance the feeling.

I think you've done a great job with this one! Thank you for your game!

Thank you!! I'm glad you liked it. It's definitely slow burn haha, especially for a jam game. It's so tricky to find that balance, I'm glad ppl are willing to hear it out. When writing it I hit like day 3 and was like "oh shit no ones even died yet, wtf am I doing..." and just tried to trust the process. But really learned a lot, which is always my goal with jam games. Thanks again for giving it a go and for a lovely comment!
