There is some kinky scenes but not loads, as Sam is still coming to terms with his sexuality in this game it didn't feel believable to get him involved in more crazy kinks, but in the next games I'll definitely start adding more adventurous sex scenes as Sam gets more confident and comfortable with his sexuality.
With load button do you mean while in-game? There's a big load button on the homepage of the game, you can indeed only save if you're inside the game. You'll have to go to homepage and then load a save from there.
There are situations where you can pick who to go with a few times that will mean you have to pick 1 and you wont see the other, if thats what you mean with conflicted. There is no "dating" or relationships yet in this game as it all takes place over just a few days as Sam moves in, it's following that story and the things that transpire in those days. Hopefully that answers all your questions!
