Depends on your choices, he can be purely a bottom if you choose to always bottom, or he can be vers if you sometimes choose to top :)

The first one you are forced to pick up in the taxi, the second one is in the bushes to the right when you first see Darius and the third one is in the cupboard to the left when you're looking inside Darius' flat "I don't think he does serial killing for a living". They're very hard to find and have been made much easier in the full game, so not your fault at all haha!
Not a silly question at all! You can't customize Sam sadly as the game doesn't use sprites (static 2D images that get reused a lot) but instead opts for a more cinematic approach. (3D renders that are different for each frame) With Sam appearing in over a 1000 renders, (though not all sexual, it would require doubling/tripling the amount of renders with Sam's genitals in it to do multiple sizes. Hopefully that explains why that won't be a choice in the game. You also can't pick his clothing except for one scene in the game where you make a choice on what trunks to wear. But it just impacts the one scene afterwards.
Hi, did you try the mini-game on easy mode? You can toggle to easy mode at the top which makes it a lot easier. Some people have not seen that option so in the full game I have made it so that the player has to select either default or easy mode on start-up. The mini-game is completely optional, so if you don't like rhythm games you can simply avoid it completely! Hopefully that answers your question.
After the demo release there was a lot more positive feedback than I had anticipated, also a lot of good ideas for new features and translations to implement, all of that took a while and I also want to make sure the game is fully polished on release. To add more content and make sure the game ships without any bugs I needed extra time.
The branching doesn't go super crazy, you won't need a tutorial or cheat sheet to figure out exact paths to unlock certain CG's. Most decisions are pretty clear what they'll lead to vs what the other choice will mean. So you should just be able to play through the game again and just make other choices than you had on the first playthrough. Hopefully that makes sense!
