What's your version of the game and the mod?
So I tested in a brand new save with just WW and it worked. So I slowly added in the CC I used and all of that was ok. I also tested it on my existing saves, and that worked too.
The only thing I did prior was to repair the game, so I guess EA files were the issue.
However, the Cuckoo Clocks introduced in the royalty pack do not respond the way the other locations do, (no toggle override, all default options), but I think that is more of a new woohoo location that the mod doesn't recognize, rather than an outright error.
