Congrats on submitting your first game! Some ideas to consider for your next game: visual indicators so the player knows where they can interact with object might help. Your use of the walk/jump animations was pretty good, you could also try adding an interact animation to help make it clear the player is pressing the right buttons at the right place. Every game submitted is a win though!
