Hi, I just purchased this and I keep getting an error when I try to open the downloaded file that says "You can’t open the application “PrivateTranscriberPro” because this application is not supported on this Mac." I'm not really sure what the problem is since my os is updated to the latest version. I was really excited about this so any help would be appreciated!

What specific version of macOS are you using? (macOS Tahoe 26.5?)

And is it an Intel based or Apple Silicon chip?

It might be that Apple doesn't allow you to run an app made for an older version of the OS?

I will be publishing an update soon anyway, so hang tight!

I just published an update, v2.6.4, which brings batch transcription and updated underlying libraries.

Try it now and see if it works!

Hi!! Thanks for your quick reply. It now says

You can’t use this version of the application “PrivateTranscriberPro” with this version of macOS.

My os is Sequoia15.7.7, but there are no new updates available to me. It might be that my mac is too old?
