I got down 2 times, went as far left and right each time, each time there were freeze frames, the game didn't crash tho :)
I'm talking about the monster crashing into you and killing you even though you shine light at it
oh sorry, not every time, more like 50%-ish. Probably quick collider disable for a few seconds will do the trick
