Sorry for the late response, I was gathering some of those bugs that I found that are related to showing different information from what it is supposed to display on the Menu so here it goes: (Note: this findings where found on when I played on Windows with version of the game 1.3.8)

The first one is that when you apply "Power of Piercing" on Damon you will get 5 stack of Pierce Energy, but you will not get 1 Fear of Striking. This is the before:

The second one that I found is that if you apply "Knowledge" to your party (doesn't matter what members do you have) it says that it should grant you "Max MP +15"

but instead it actually grants you "Max MP +10" on the Menu.

The third thing that I noticed is that if you apply "Extra Life" it states "Recovers 25% HP when incapacitated"

but on the Menu it says that it actually grants you 35% HP.

The fourth thing that I noticed is that if you apply "Power of Striking"

on Wulfric it will never be granted on him, and instead it will be granted on your Slime companion. At first I thought that maybe I misclicked, so here it was the first attempt before and after:

The fifth thing that I noticed is that if use "Power of Piercing"

on Goro, it will grant you 5 stacks of Pierce Energy, but you will not get 1 Fear of Striking. Here is the before:

Lastly, I notice that there was a mispelling of the word "Spiritual Force I" during a battle.

If you noticed I have just played two different parties, but if I found more issues in another parties I will let you know.
