More or less, the way that these kinds of licenses work would be that you can only be punished if you are using it in a for-profit way... assuming the license doesnt already let you do that

the thing with this particular kind is that every subsequent fork REQUIRES the same terms, so godot is allowed to "steal" code from redot all the same as redot can "steal" by forking
