I agree that removing the Linux icon and title are for the best. Sure some games can run using Wine but just as many can't. In my experience of trying hundreds of Windows games using Wine so far around 40% give me zero issues but that leaves 60% that do. It will save you headaches in the long run from having Linux gamers expecting support from you if they have issues. By listing it as Windows only they are still free to try and use Wine but you aren't on the hook for helping them. I will give it a go soon as the $1 price tag is a low risk gamble and the game looks like something I would enjoy.
