You need to put this stone in your inventory, then exit through the portal with it — it will then turn into a "magic stone" resource, which can be spent on wall repairs.
i did it, but i need 2 magic stone but i get just onemagic stone so can't fixed the wall than, this is what i mean
and this is why i can't getting extra magic stone, i did have lasted update of this game.
