Basically, you need to find suspicious red files and inspect them. If the cyber police system says the file matches the suspect’s profile/theme, you’re getting closer.
Immediately check who owns that PC using the webcam feed, and keep an eye on that person. Keep checking more suspicious files from the same target to get a warrant and arrest them.
