Nice job! I liked the pixel art and animations. The story helped set the tone of the game and it motivated me to get to the top. The game play was solid too. One suggestion, perhaps make the spikes a different color (like gray). It could improve player readability. At first, I thought it was tall grass and when moving through platforms, it might be missed by a player. But overall, great work! Congrats!
