I say this with no disrespect intended. I was a HUGE fan of the first game!

Dude, please. Just release it. Pick an already existing spot as a stopping point, even if it's a cliffhanger, and consider the rest as part of the next game. There's already hours upon hours of content, I'm sure-- there's *no* need to drag it out this much! Haha. Let us play the damn thing, come on! It'll just mean you've got lots of stuff done already for chapter three!

I haven't been a patron for years, but that's kinda why. It's taken *soooo* long! Just say "to be continued" and take our money. It'll help your brand, it'll get you more income for future chapters--it's a win across the board, man!

Oh nooooo, Quest Failed becomes a five or six part series instead of three! More of one of the greatest spicy games I've ever played, oh nooooo...! Lmao

Please, please consider it! I want to play this game, not just the demo.

Hiya!

It actually is playable from start to finish to the point the credits roll with a teaser for Chapter 3, haha. And that's been the case for a little bit. The stopping point is there. I'm just adding all the last events I had made since Chapter 3 takes place after a brief time skip, so all the current optional stuff I have for Chapter 2 and character events/arcs wouldn't fit after.

This was the issue I ran into with Chapter 2 being open-ended compared to Chapter 1 being far more linear admittedly in regards to how you could tackle various events and scenes in how they sort of wove in and out of everything like a bunch of spaghetti outside of the main plotline that is linear meaning if I just took what I had and put it out there tomorrow there'd be a lot of semi finished stops and starts that would be difficult to pick back up again in a new chapter. I kind of had to commit to finishing them first before I can consider the full release.

Rest assured I've learned a lot in how NOT to structure something in the future and Chapter 3 will be a lot more linear, split into more parts that I can hopefully release more quickly--and in between Chapter 2 and 3 I want to have a small bonus quest that can come out even quicker too as its own contained story.

Thank you for all your support! I'll keep plugging away--and hopefully reach the finish line.

I am really glad to hear this. I've been holding off because I was unsure how Chap 2 is coming. I also really enjoyed the teaser releases you did with the voice acting stuff the other year.

Awesome! It's always fun to make stuff showcasing things like that, so I'm glad others enjoy it, too! Definitely some really good talent making this chapter something special!
