Big fan of tower defense games. I like your approach to this genre; it took a bit till I understood the general idea, and it is very enjoyable. I like how u made it. Well done!
A few minor bugs to take a look at would be: after death, when the game restarts, the mouse inverts controls (up and down), and I think it's a development build uploaded (I see print string messages and collision sphere of a player).
