I have gone to the frontier and saved Cecilia, but now I am stuck in the camp as her second in command. No directions as to how to leave.?

So you've brought Cecilia back after saving her, then talked to her where she says you can leave/you can fool around with her in her tent, but there's no map in the top right of the screen like this ?
