Assuming you're using a game engine, the format to choose will depend on which are supported by that engine. Among the defaults (under File -> Export in Blender) it seems FBX, OBJ, DAE and glTF all support skeletal animation. Most engines, however, will convert them to some internal format upon use, and are likely to provide an engine-specific exporter for Blender, allowing to skip the intermediate conversion step. Simply searching for 'blender skeletal animations ENGINE_NAME' will likely give you the best answer for your specific use case.

Thanks I was able to figure it out. I'm using Godot and at first I just put the blend file in the project which gave me strange results but using fbx fixed the issue.

For Godot, there's also these two Blender add-ons that might be worth giving a try:

Thanks for your help. Used it in my game Eid Mela.

Cool! 😄

If you're willing to make those other assets free culture as well, they might be useful for LucKey Park.

Note that Carrot is licensed CC-BY, btw. This means that Modanung and David Revoy must be attributed somewhere, and (a link to) the license text should be included as well.

But great to see it in-game, and all stickers collected. 🙂

Yes credits are included in game in the credits from main menu. Most of the other assets are also CC-BY and listed there.

Ah, right. It's listed as CC-BY-SA though, instead of CC-BY. And there seems to be no mention of David Revoy.

I think I copied this comment of yours.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. The text was incorrect, while the link correctly pointing to the CC-BY page. Rectified. The text now also matches the license mentioned under More information and that of David Revoy's original work.

Updated in game as well.
