I couldn’t help but notice that the wands look steampunk‑ish on the inside, almost like magic users are stuck with century‑old tech because they avoid modern science. But at the same time, they still use modern consumer products, which creates a really interesting contrast. It made me think how cool a ‘magic‑theory’ class (that tries to combine modern science and magic) would be in this game — especially if it’s controversial enough that other teachers dislike the one who teaches it. Just a random idea I had while playing, feel free to ignore it if it doesn’t fit your vision

This is a great idea! We can't really spoil too much, but there is a character set in that tone, trying to evolve magic completely without caring about taboos or traditions, who is crucial to the story as a whole. it's not one of the professors though!

You will meet her later on, even though you have already heard of her!

It's Cedar Woodenquill's daughter, isn't it? She seems to be the only one who falls under that description.

Spot on!
