I don't see that happening, per se, as that would be a massive, MASSIVE overhaul to the system. That said, I do want to eventually enable characters to obtain perks that are outside those attributable by race or class. I'm envisioning a quest system eventually where rewards could be anything from simple gold/magic items/etc to gaining a specific perk, or even granting access to Miracle beyond that your god provides.
