Controller is fully supported, there's a drop-down toggle in the settings menu and the controls are fully rebindable. I've just uploaded a new build to Itch and Steam. Give it a try!
You can repair your aircraft by flying through Chuck's Fly-Thru Station as long as you have money. Otherwise, you can return to your zeppelin for repairs.
