Hi me again i tried wat u said and it didn't work i gifted the npc there favorite thing and chose Romantic options during conversation the NPC in question is Ruby Beker and her romance points dont go higher at all
I gave my wiki editors some notes on content related to relationships to make this easier for everyone. But we'll have to wait on that. There's actually a lot of variables that go into whether you can or cannot. Certain traits they have and you have could be preventing you from doing so.
